You are limited by your attack speed and the rift duration. Can you stack Stricken for hours? Sure. But that’s not really practical in actual game situations. Attack speed is pretty relevant too. Builds with high attack speed stack Stricken faster. Like Frenzy barb. Vyr’s stacks stricken pretty fast too.
