I think the woods carb would be a good choice for someone doing a lot of riding in the mountains. The suction chamber on the woods carb should do a decent job adjusting to the various altitudes. The woods carb seems like it would be a good all around carb, but they sure seems expensive.

I think that the TJ kit probably isn't going to help a CV that much but the best way to tell is to look at the A/F over the RPM range and see if it turns lean on the high end.
